Affiliate Policy for Media Starter Pack
Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to outline the terms and conditions for participation in the Media Starter Pack affiliate program. The program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting and referring new advertisers to Media Starter Pack.
Definitions:
"Affiliate" means the individual or entity applying to participate in the Media Starter Pack affiliate program. Any individual or entity may apply to become an Affiliate, provided they have a valid platform for promoting Advertisers to potential advertisers.
Commissions:
Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral of an Advertiser who signs up and uses the services provided by Media Starter Pack. The exact commission rate will be communicated to Affiliates on a regular basis and may be subject to change.
Promotional Methods:
Affiliates may promote Advertisers through a variety of approved methods, including but not limited to:
- Website or blog posts
- Email marketing
- Social media posts
- Referral links
- Discount codes
Restrictions:
The following methods of promotion are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate's participation in the Program:
- Spamming or unsolicited emailing
- Misrepresentation of Media Starter Pack or its services
- Any illegal or unethical activity
Termination:
Media Starter Pack reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this policy or failure to generate successful referrals.
Modifications:
Media Starter Pack reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, without notice. It is the Affiliate's responsibility to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
Information Collection:
Media Starter Pack collects certain information from Affiliates and Advertisers in order to facilitate the Program and provide our services. This information may include:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number
- Demographic information, such as location and industry
- Payment information, such as banking information for commission payouts
Use of Information:
The information collected by Media Starter Pack will be used for the following purposes:
- To facilitate communication between Affiliates, Advertisers, and Media Starter Pack
- To provide commission pay-outs to Affiliates
